The large first-floor lounge gives everyone plenty of space to spread out and unwind, with French doors opening directly onto the private patio and hot tub. It’s a great spot for cosy evenings together or simply putting your feet up after a day exploring the farm or North Devon.
The well-equipped kitchen/breakfast room has everything you need for an easy self-catering stay, including a large fridge freezer and washing machine. An attractive timbered stable wall separates the kitchen from the dining room, creating a lovely sense of character while keeping the spaces connected.
There are three comfortable bedrooms on the ground floor, including a king-size master bedroom with its own en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom with zip-and-link beds that can be made into a king-size, and a bedroom with bunk beds. The lounge also has a double pocket-sprung sofa bed for additional guests.
Squirrel Nutkin has two bathrooms, including an en-suite shower room alongside the master bedroom. There’s also a family bathroom with a bath and shower attachment, making it easy for everyone to freshen up after a day out exploring.
Step through the French doors from the lounge onto your private patio and enclosed garden, complete with a spacious six-seater hot tub and BBQ. A gate leads from the enclosed garden into the large shared grounds, where children can enjoy the play equipment and plenty of space to explore.
