• Our cottages are super safe for little ones.  Fitted stairgates on all levels, British safety marked cots, highchairs, booster seats, step up stools and even listening monitors.  What's more this is all available at no extra charge
• Our onsite indoor under 7's playbarn is full of baby and toddler toys - offering a safe place to play and have fun whatever the weather.  With sofas and other seating you might even get to relax while you little one plays

What Our Farm Offers Babies and Toddlers

• Our farm offers your baby and toddler their first experience of feeding and meeting animals
• Our animals are all completely used to children and very gentle allowing your little one to gain in confidence each day
• With free donkey rides for the over 2's and donkey leading for younger children, everyone is given a complimentary souvenir photo to remind them of their achievements

Feeding Sessions

• Our farm animal feeding sessions run twice daily 365 days a year.  This routine provides a lovely framework for a toddlers busy day and an important `routine` which all little ones need to feel safe and secure
• Our staff are all experienced with little ones and many have Early Years qualifications

For The Grown-Ups

For the grown-ups there are so many treats available to book:

• Holistic therapy massages and beauty treatments (subject to availability)
• Private hot tub situated just outside your cottage perfect for relaxing in once your little one is asleep
• Hot tub packs to available to order
• Taste of Devon baskets for a selection of Devon treats
• Gourmet frozen meals available to pre-order
• Your preferred supermarket online orders delivered to your cottage as well as local produced supplied by `farm box` 

Finally

Last but not least it's all those little extra touches that can make the difference.

• Forgotten your cot linen? Don't worry we have spares available!
• Have a tractor mad little one? We have a range of mini children's tractors to help distract or defuse any situation
• Worried about nappy leaks or wet beds?  Don't be, we have double mattress protectors on all beds and can supply bed pads for even more certainty if needed
• Concerned about high traffic movements on site?  Our farm is quiet and safe with a designated car park to keep cars away from our cottages you can relax that your little ones can explore the farm safely
• Anxious about large farm machinery, again don't be.  Our farm is a children's farm meaning we have no need for heavy farm machinery, everything about the site is designed with children in mind
