Katie’s Corner has a bright, dual-aspect living room with lovely views across the farm and courtyard. With comfortable seating and a peaceful atmosphere, it’s a welcoming space to relax and unwind after a day exploring the farm or North Devon.
Three steps lead down to the kitchen and dining area, with seating for up to four. The well equipped kitchen has everything you need for a relaxed self catering stay, while French doors open directly onto the patio, bringing you close to the countryside..
Katie’s Corner has two bedrooms, making it a great choice for small families and couples. The spacious main bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, while the second bedroom has a 3ft single bed and can also accommodate a pull-out trundle bed for a younger child. There is space for a cot in either bedroom.
The bathroom has an electric shower, WC and heated towel rail, basin with lit mirror and shaving outlet, providing everything you need to freshen up and relax after a day out exploring.
French doors lead from the kitchen onto your enclosed gravelled patio garden, where you’ll find outdoor furniture, a BBQ and your own private hot tub for four people.
