How to Book Your Cottage
Providing our guests with the very best holiday is important to us here at North Hayne Farm. To help ensure this we review each booking making sure the cottage is the best choice for you given your needs (we may be able to offer you suggestions for a better cottage).
Please note that all bookings are provisional until confirmed. We will then process your payment details that you provided in your booking information.
Any booking that is not confirmed will be deleted along with all payment details. The use and control of card details complies with strick PCI DSS industry standards which means your card information is not visable to anyone. We do not retain this information beyond the specific payment for which it was provided.
Once you are ready to book your holiday you can do so in one of the following two ways:
a. Make your provisional booking using the on-line booking system, we will then email you to confirm everything.
b. Call us to discuss your booking. Once you are happy with your choice we can do the rest for you.
Please note that if payment is made by cheque or BACS your booking will remain provisional until for up to 7 days until payment has been cleared.
