Included in the price of your stay
All of our prices are per property and are inclusive of VAT, heating and all electricity.
In addition, included in the cost of your holiday is:
- A Devonshire cream tea and fresh flowers on arrival
- All linen, towels, tea towels
- Starter pack of washing up liquid, J-Cloth, Sponge Scouer, 2xBin liners,
dishwasher tablets, kitchen towel and toilet roll in each bathroom
- Cot, highchair, stairgate (where required)
- Use of games room (please note pool table is coin operated)
- Play barn with large selection of childrens toys
- Free video and dvd library
- Free guest laundry room, Non-biological washing powder available to purchase if required
- Celebration party packs at Christmas and New Year

Group bookings
Please contact us to discuss discounted rates when booking more than three cottages.
20% Winter Reduction
Samuel Whiskers and/or Mrs Tiggywinkle may be booked during the winter with a 20%
reduction (applies to full week bookings only, excludes Christmas and New Year).
