Local Towns
Our nearest town of South Molton (3 miles away) is an historic regional centre which for centuries has been renowned for its sheep and livestock markets and fairs. With specialist chocolate shop, Quince Honey Farm and twice weekly Pannier market, South Molton has lots to offer.
Barnstaple is only 12 miles away and is the regional retail centre for North Devon. With all the high street favourites as well as well known historic Butchers Row there is also the Victorian Pannier market open almost every day of the week.
In Bideford you will also discover the outlet discount shopping at Atlantic Village. Definitely worth a visit is the timeless village of Clovelly with steep cobbled streets leading down to a deep blue harbor (comfortable footwear required).
