North Hayne Farm is a perfect location for a family holiday or short break.

market town of South Molton with it's twice weekly Pannier market.
Only 5 miles from the stunning Exmoor National Park.
20 minutes from North Devons main town of Barnstaple and aproximately half an hours drive to our wonderful North Devon

How to find North Hayne Farm
- Using SAT NAV
- SAT NAV co-ordinates Lat 50°01'01"N, Long 03°45'13"W
- Please use these co-ordinates in preference to our post code as it
takes you to the wrong farm!
- Using our directions
- Exit the M5 at junction 27
- Proceed west along the A361 towards Barnstaple
- After approximately 24 miles turn right signed
to Mornacott, Veraby and Reach.
- Continue along this lane for just under 1 mile
- At the top of the hill, North Hayne Farm will be found clearly signed on the left
- By Rail
- Our nearest train station is Tiverton Parkway
- Proceed west along the A361 towards Barnstaple
- After approximately 24 miles turn right signed
to Mornacott, Veraby and Reach.
- Continue along this lane for just under 1 mile
- At the top of the hill, North Hayne Farm will be found clearly signed on the left
