Pre-ordering food services
As an additional service to help make your stay as relaxing as possible, we offer to carry out a grocery shop for you so that your essential food provisions are waiting for you when you arrive.
We provide 3 different options to suit a variety of needs.
- The breakfast basket
- The supermarket trolley
- The celebration basket
- The essentials, plus enough for a full breakfast the next morning
- An alternative to the breakfast basket, we are happy to accept delivery
of any on-line supermarket shopping which you may choose to do. Please
contact us for details of this service.
- Why not indulge your self and/or your partner with a little taste of luxury
from a choice of six gift wrapped baskets. Something for everyone!!
Keeping it local
One of North Devon's strengths is its wide range of quality farm produce and fine meals. We are keen to promote a real alternative to the supermarkets and support our local economy, so therefore, in addition to the above services we are also pleased to offer:
- Frozen gourmet 'Jackchilli' meals (and Mini Toddler meals ) from the farmhouse freezer or freshly cooked and delivered to order (further details provided with booking pack)
- Local quality meats including BBQ packs from West Kidland farm delivered to your cottage door (further details provided with booking pack)
- Farmbox - Fresh vegetables and fruit boxes from our local farms and independent producers

Farmbox is a North Devon business that has been setup to supply fresh fruit and vegatables
sourced from local North Devon producers to your door. Orders are made and paid for using
the internet and delivered to your door (normally the next day if ordered in time). Details of
the service are included in your booking pack.
