Newly refurbished for 2006, Tom Kitten is a mid terrace single story cottage suitable for those with very young children or those requiring easy walking access.
The cottage contains two bedrooms; one double and one twin. A fully fitted bathroom with electric shower over bath and a large open plan breakfast kitchen/lounge. The kitchen is well equipped with its own washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, cooker with hob, microwave.
Patio doors lead onto the front patio and courtyard whilst a stable door leads directly out on to your own raised decking area and enclosed garden at the back.
