How to book your cottage

Booking a North Hayne Farm holiday cottage

When you are ready to book your holiday, there are two quick and simple steps to complete.

First call or email us with your holiday details and we will perform a final check to ensure your chosen dates for the cottage are available. Our cottage availability details are only updated once we receive booking forms and holiday deposits; provisional bookings are held for 7 days.

Second, following confirmation of availability, we will need you to complete the booking form and return it to us with deposit or full amount as appropriate (see booking conditions). We are able to accept payment by either cheque (made payable to North Hayne Farm Cottages Ltd) or by card over the phone. Debit cards do not incure a charge however, credit cards have an additional 2.3% charge added.

We have included a printable pdf version of the booking form and booking conditions below for you to use. Alternatively, please contact us and we will be happy to post them out to you.
